We are enjoying warm, sunny weather this fall in Olathe. After searched the school grounds for the perfect garden spot, 90 second graders planted Red Emperor tulip bulbs in front of the school. We dug down 7 inches, added some bone meal, and last added 3 bulbs to each hole before covering them up. In addition, we used iPads to document the experiment. We can't wait to see what they will look like in the spring.
