Our 5th grade class planted our Red Emperor tulips today in a planter around the perimeter of our new school. We only planted 10 bulbs and hopefully it was not too late. A snow storm hit 2 days later and covered our planting. We know though that tulips need the cold to bloom at the right time next year.
