I found 4 caterpillars at my old house yesterday (which is still on the market so I kept the milkweed planted there as well). The cats were clearly of 2 different ages. I also saw a tired adult fly around but could not identify gender.
My husband was working on a place on Burnside Island and saw many monarchs migrate southward, following the river. He said there was a fairly steady stream of them flying by for the last 3 weeks.
