It's been cold and clear, but now it's warmer and cloudy. We planted our tulips. First we drew a picture of the tulip. Then we raked the soil to make it flat. We dug holes 7 inches deep and 4 inches apart. We put the bulbs in point up. Then we put a little bit of bone meal in the holes, and then we filled in the dirt and covered them with maple leaves to make the soil better. The tulips will come up in the spring or summer we think. Eli and Robin
