While I was in Lanham, Md. I was inside my car heading towards Annapolis Rd from Cipriano Rd when I noticed the bald eagle flying very low heading north over my car & veering towards west over the trees. It seemed to be circling & searching. It's the first time I ever saw a bald eagle. I am deaf & like to keep track of all kinds of birds even homing pigeons.
