As I was driving northbound towards the Missouri River, I saw an enormous dark brown-feathered bird with a white tail and white head flying over the bridge westerly up the river. I've seen bald eagles in Colorado before, so I was able to identify it, but I have never seen one in MO/KS, though one was filmed a few days ago by a local news crew approx 13 miles SW of where I spotted this bald eagle. Possibly the same one. Beautiful species.
