Robins arrived on Monday, they are feeding and resting in trees in the yard. There has been a lot of cold rain and lower temps. Some flooding. The yard is very muddy and we have berries and lots of bugs worms to feed off in the mossy grass. They seem to post sentinels in a triangular pattern around the main body of the flock. They appear at about 10 am and remain all day. They are sharing the yard with chickadees / 2 varieties. The local pair of crows and pair of stellar a jays are not interfering.
