There may have been robins present here without interruption in time, but today was the first time this winter that I noticed a group of them in our yard. They were flitting around in the trees and on the ground at the edge of our woods. I saw them during the winter last year too (first sighting date unknown)and possibly in prior years. I am not a bird-watcher, per se---just happened to look out at the right time.
