Spotted it landing in a pasture along the road as I was driving by. Solid white head with a distinct border around the neck where the brown of the body and wings began (not like an osprey or fish eagle). Body and wing coloration appeared to be mottled browns. While I didn't have time to look too closely (I was driving), I don't believe the tail was solid white, more a mix of white and brown. Location is a bit over 4 miles from a previously reported sighting of a juvenile eagle.
