A huge wave of robins descended on two trees loaded with berries which are located in the parking lot where I work. They are here again for the second day, continuing to feast on the berries. There are so many robins that some wait on large ash trees nearby, waiting their turn at 'the dinner table'! This afternoon starlings joined in. The small trees were simply alive with chatter with so many birds bustling around. It's simply AMAZING!
It was impossible to get a good picture without scaring many of them off. A few didn't want to relinquish their spot, continuing to eat while keeping an eye on my approach.
