Have spotted a lot of cacoons in my yard. they are coming out now. Have seen 4 of them come out of the cacoon. One had a bent wing that didn't open. I kept him in the house for a week while he seemed to gain strength. Took him outside in the sun today and he flew, even though one wing was shorter than the other. Stayed in the yard a few hours and then flew away.
