Sightings report image

Date: 01/28/2015

Number: 1

We have a year round breeding pair of bald eagles on our estate on Hood Canal. Lst season they had two fledglings and one is living in a nearby tree on the next door neighbors property. Each Spring at least 50 Bald Eagles arrive in the nearby trees to hunt. They are not allowed to eanter our trees but they hunt on our beach. People for everywhere come to Big Beef Bridge Causeway to photograph the eagles. The Eagles hunt on the tideflats side by side but our breeding pair won't let them purch in our trees. So they perch in all of the neibors trees.
