Saw bald eagle standing mowed cotton field near state highway 52 between cities of columbia and webb, Alabama. Bird appeared to be about 3ft standing. Turned around and went back for pic. Car came by, bird took flight, completely white head, neck and tail. Wing span 10ft plus. Beautiful!!!
