My father passed away a year ago. We have kept his feeders filled for my mother to continue to enjoy. Filled them on Sunday, feb. 1st. Went to her back door at approx 3:30 p.m. On Monay, 2/2 and saw an oriole on her plant stand. Was totally amazed as I had never seen one before, but an avid bird watcher, my mother easily identified it. There was a male, female, and a much smaller female in the group. Cannot wait to add some feeders to my own yard.
