I saw a pair of robins sitting in the tree. When they saw me they both flew off, I think one was a male and the other female. I assume this because one was a little redder in the chest than the other. I also thought they look a little thinner than they do in the summer. I put out 3 feeders with safflower and black oil sunflower seeds. I saw them at the feeders this morning. Also saw a blue jay and a downy woodpecker.
