1 p.m.About 30 Robins drinking water and splashing on the edge of a 59 acres pond. Others in the two bird baths. Could not miss the noisy but welcome chirping. Heard the chirping before seeing the birds!!! Set out another ten huge flower saucers of water for them.

Then a second wave of about 100 or more flew over towards the east. All bathing and drinking birds joined the wave and left also flying towards the east. Temperature about 76. Cloudy.winds calm 11 mph. Severe storms expected within the hour.
