The biggest tulips were in the middle of the section, and also had the most. Not all of the tulips have sprouted. The ones in the west had the least amount, and the ones in the east had the second largest amount. It is 50 degrees Fahrenheit today, and it has been in the 60's this past week. Most of us have been playing without our jackets.
