I was geocaching in Irvine and first heard the call. then saw about ten fly up from the ground. then I heard the SONG. Next, I watched as dozens flew from the ground to the trees to the ground and a pyrocanthus? plant and back again. It was a continuous stream. back and Forth. I tried taking pictures with my phone but, they blend in with the ground and bushes. The uploaded picture has at least TWO visible.
