Thursday afternoon, I came home with my husband from a doctor's appointment and noticed a lot of birds in the air. I looked harder and discovered they were robins... the first I had seen since we moved to Florida back in April! It looked, at times, like it was raining robins, there were so many they covered the sky. They were flying fairly low, zooming this way and that, and filled every tree and bush in the neighborhood. What a lot of chirping! I figured they were coming down for a little vacation from the frosty weather north of us! I sat out and watched them all afternoon.
