My neighbor and I were talking on my deck about noon when a bald eagle flew very low along the creek behind my house. He and I talked for a few minutes and decided that maybe he was hanging around because the creek does not freeze solid in the winter and dozens of wild ducks frequent it. This was the second time we saw it.
