I haven't seen / looked for groups of winter robins in past years--- but did notice this group working a patch of open ground in my yard where snow was cleared this morning. It is very cold today for SE PA, USA. Temps in single digits, ground frozen and covered w/ snow. Not sure what the robins found in this patch of ground where Joe Pye weed, butterfly weed and common milkweed grow each year.
