Monarch Adult Sighted

Date: 03/03/2015

Number: 1

I have been in FL since the beginning of January and see monarchs almost every day. I live on a rural property where there is plenty of milkweed. I check the plants for larva and watch them grow, then try to find their chrysalis when they disappear off the plants. Of the seven or so larva I've seen, I've only found one chrysalis. I don't know how these monarchs fit in with the overall migration but love to watch the life cycle.
