I was traveling by car from Florida north to St Simons Island, GA, and for a few days I saw literally a HUNDRED robins at one location, in the trees and on the ground, in the town on St. Simons Island...with non-stop chatter and songs. I have never seen so many robins at one time! It was about 49F, overcast, and windy that day. They were wonderful but I felt they must have been cold, as I sure was! I've never seen their migration before and was excited to see so many of our dear harbingers of Spring in Montreal. LM
