The robins started showing up in early February in large flocks and continue to frequent our yard. They are on all our feeders, eating hulled sunflower seeds, tree nuts, no-mess seed mix and anything else they can get into. The average number is around 40, but it is likely that number is on the low side. We've lived here for almost 12 years and have never experienced a robin phenomenon such as this.
