My dad saw several bald eagles along the Neosho River in SE Kansas the last of Jan and first few weeks of February. The eagles were spotted several different days, but always along the river....soaring or perched within a mile of the water. I do have a picture he texted to me. I'll download it and attach it if I can figure out how from his text!!
