The barn swallow that has spent the last 7 years on our patio has returned. I flipped on the patio light tonight and there he was! He's not skittish at all...watches the dogs come in and out, allows me to walk under him and sit on my swing and talk to him. I always wonder every year if he will return and he has done it again! I really think he is from a clutch that we had several years ago. Maybe he was the one that flew into our pool on his first flying lesson and I rescued? It's always such a pleasant surprise when he returns!
