Saw one, then two then a few over a few days, March 13-15, 2015 coming in from the southwest. They wre very thin, thin as your pinky finger.

First one arrived. I put up new 1-4 non-colored nectar. A day later a second one came around. Both males. There was almost no fighting until the third day. I surmised they had gained enough strength back to be feisty.

Soon a few more joined them and the hummer wars began.
