hearing Robins morning and eves., only a snowball left where snowman was on top of weeks old snowcap. Tulips just now showing almost 1 inch above soil, a testament to how cold its been since Jan 5th.(last time it was above 60). Early March had the winters latest lowest temp ever recorded record set.
