I saw a Robin along the roadside while driving into town. Most of our snow ( 8 to 10 inches) has melted and the River is flowing after about nine days of daytime temperatures above freezing and some up to 60 degrees. Our Pond is still frozen with just a little of open water on one shoreline. I saw our first Chipmonk and the Iris is up about an inch or so. Spring is on the way .
