I saw my first Black-Chinned Hummingbird, a male, on Friday the 13th. It was the first hummingbird that I've seen this year.

Normally I have Rufous Hummingbirds all winter except for this winter. I saw a Rufous male the first week in September and none since then. The first time in some 13 years.
