Our tulips are just starting to pop through the ground! The air temperature was 61 degrees and the ground was 41 degrees in the back three rows where the tulips are popping through. The front two rows do not have any tulips popping up and the ground temperature there is one 39 degrees. We have had a very cold winter but very little snow. We are wondering if this is effecting our tulips growth!
