I normally post out of Wisconsin, but I am in Queretaro. Observed
from an East window of my hotel, a monarch flying north. I have been raising monarchs at home for 5 years and observing them where ever I travel. Just got back from Bonaire last month and studied their monarchs. I have walked many miles in Queretaro and I have yet to find any milkweed, so I think this one came from the winter roost southwest of Queretaro
