We spotted the first emerging tulips on 3/22/15. These emerged on the side on the garden not covered by snow. The snow is melting slowly so hopefully more will emerge soon. We also monitor the garden from last year. It, too, is partially covered by snow (about 3 feet) but tulips have emerged on 3/24/15 in the area free of the snow.
