We tapped out on March 10 as it looked like the first run was coming, and the sap was running as we tapped out!

BUT... that was it for a couple of weeks! The sap ran on March 10, but not again until March 25.

Too cold! The March 10 run was the first time we'd gone above freezing since early January, and the period between March 10 and our second run on the 25th was all below freezing, too!
