All Other Signs of Spring

Number: 1

This afternoon while attending a meeting at the Port Rowan Wetland, Dave O and I observed an adult male Purple Martin foraging over the frozen ponds. This record early sighting for Long Point is even more incredible given the weather this March and today (cold, windy and raining). A reverse migration would seem prudent.

Forwarded by Don Davis. No insects to eat here!!!!
