A very mild winter and no snow at lower elevations on southern Vancouver Island this winter. Not much of any snow pack in the mountains. Robins have pretty much been around all winter. Annas hummingbirds have been around all winter in Duncan as well using backyard feeders. I saw the first rufus around mid March.
