Melting everywhere. The snow banks are still over 3 ft. high along the roadways..but higher in areas of drifting...but they are receding . There are buds appearing on more of the poplar trees and shrubs.
Snow fleas have made their appearance.
We still have lots of Redpolls and Evening Grosbeaks.
March winds have arrived..late..but they are here now.
