We spotted a red-winged blackbird foraging the old fish hatchery adjacent to Browning Mill Pond in Exeter. The approximate time of day was 11 a.m. The sky was clear with a strong northwest wind gusting over 30 kts. We also saw over a dozen Peepers in a vernal pool nearby!
