We saw a male rufous hummingbird at our feeder this morning around 11:15 am. He seemed very comfortable and stayed at the feeder for quite a while. We never saw him come back this afternoon so presume he is on his way back west. We have attached a picture but the sun was very harsh and we had a hard time getting his coppery gorget to light up for the pictures.
