We took a drive yesterday. Across from our neighborhood is a grass farm and the large house on the corner has multiple beds with tulips, red and yellow blooming all around the trees. In the Tulsa area we observed Tulips blooming in various locations in various stages from just emerging to already bloomed out and in decline. It has been warm temps and cold temps ranging down to 34 degrees and up to 80 degrees so it is all over the place.
