We have had Canadian geese nesting near our tulip planting site. We noticed that only half of the bulbs have bloomed. When I took a class outside, the students noticed that several of the young plants and bulbs had been chewed on while others were pulled totally out of the ground. So we discussed what animals could eat bulbs or young plants.
