Our observations of the tulip bulbs:
The bulbs have emerged with 4-5 leaves. They are not fully grown. We are estimating that it will take at least 2 weeks. The warmer temperatures that we have had over the past 1 1/2 weeks, in addition to the snow melting, helped the tulip bulbs to emerge.
