I'm baffled by this… I am monitoring to Gardens one in Charlotte and one in Norwich. The Charlotte garden had always come up first – until this year. My suspicion is that snow cover in Norwich this year made things warmer under the snow then in Charlotte where there was no snow cover for the last couple of weeks.
