Earth Day was a great time for our fourth grade class to visit our tulip plot on the north side of a nearby hill. Students had visited it over the weekend and reported seeing "red!" We counted approximately 25 emerged and/or blooming plants, this is about 1/3 of the bulbs we planted last fall. Bulbs planted near the school emerged and bloomed almost 2 weeks earlier.
