the Robin at the Cottage at Seacliff Beach...

Record cold (freezing) nights find this female low in her robust nest. But in the direct sunlight, she lets the sun warm the eggs for a short time, as she searches for worms.

NOTE 3 EGGS PLUS one larger, of different shape and with a slightly different shade of blue. (Perhaps a cowbird)
