I started hanging my feeders as soon as we hit 70° the first time this year (several weeks ago in New Jersey). We have had a cold snap since then but I never take them down during the season. Today is 50° and slightly breezy, Looked out the window at 5:50 pm and one bird was nectaring at my feeder. Full grown in all its Ruby Throated Glory. My first sighting of this year.
