My first observation was on March 25 2015. It was cold day, when I was walking near my house. I saw that tulips began growing. It was the date when first leaves were above the soil. The area was partially shaded ( I think approximately 2-5 hours per day). The soil looked partially irrigated, and tulips were far from the asfalt.
