Hummingbird, Ruby-throated (FIRST)

Date: 05/01/2015

Number: 1

I've been waiting so long and finally my first sighting. At 6:20 am this morning a beautiful male Ruby Hummingbird visited both feeders. He had great colors and looked very healthy. He hit the first one nearest to my house and then took a break and rested on our butterfly bush. Then he hit the second feeder and drank for a minute or so and flew back to the butterfly bush again. Then for the third time, he hit the second feeder again and drank for a long time. It got his fill and flew away. They are back. So Happy.
