I've been trying to attract the Baltimore Oriole to my yard for 4 years. Each year I see a few more than the year before. This season I was getting worried because my first sighting was not until today. Three days later than last year. A male showed up at my feeding station for a late afternoon jelly snack. Came back later for some nectar. Yay!!! My tip for attracting them………..I cut 4 oranges in half and placed them in visible spots around the yard. I believe the key is to get them to notice your area.
