My first sighting of a ruby-throated hummingbird this evening on the hummingbird feeder, it was a male. What a welcome sight!!!!!
I had the feeder out for the last two weeks in eager anticipation of their return. Changed the food and cleaned the feeder regularly, even though it was weeks before their return.
